Andree Martinez

Andree has been raised in El Paso Texas. Her family is characterized by an entertainment gene. Her childhood was full of television personalities, like Karla as host of Univision's Despierta America. (1997)) and family guitarists and singers. Andrew Martinez is the vice head of Safety, Security and Business Resiliency for Southern California Edison, one of the largest electric utilities in America. He oversees the company's programs and activities which focus on worker safety, as well as business resilience, that are the top priorities for SCE. Martinez offers safety professionals the mentorship and programs they need to achieve workgroup objectives in safety. Martinez was the Director of Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE before assuming his current role. The previous director was of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During the 30 years working at SCE Martinez served in various management positions in programs that designed to improve performance as well as remedial actions. These included positions at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS where he was responsible for the security of both employees and the public.
